We highly recommend Jonathan. We have used Jonathan as both buyers and sellers. When we first moved to NC, he helped us search for a house. When we didn’t find what we wanted, he helped us use a custom builder for our home and he gave good suggestions for improving the house design. After 20 years, we decided to downsize and we decided to use Jonathan as our selling agent. He gave us very good recommendations for some small fixes to do and contacts for professionals who did the work at the needed time. Also the individuals who did the video and the pictures were very good professionals. The whole process of getting the house ready for selling went smoothly and quick. We also appreciated Jonathan’s help with all the negotiations. The picture is of the window in our master bath that Jonathan suggested when we were building the house.
